Our Six-Step India Sourcing Process
1. Understand the Product Requirement
We start by reviewing your product brief, drawings, reference images, dimensions, material composition, construction, finish, packaging, target order quantity, destination market and expected delivery window. If details are missing, we clarify them before suppliers are approached.
2. Identify and Shortlist Suitable Manufacturers
We research and shortlist Indian manufacturers based on relevant category experience, production processes, capacity, MOQ, material access and export requirements. Where appropriate, we share company profiles, capability information, facility details and supporting videos so that your team can assess potential suppliers.
3. Coordinate RFQs, Costing and Samples
We coordinate requests for quotation and compare supplier responses on matching specifications. Discussions may cover material options, construction, development charges, tooling, MOQ, packaging, lead time and price breaks. Samples are coordinated for review, with feedback and revisions recorded against the product brief.
4. Finalize the Supplier and Order Details
Your team makes the final supplier and purchasing decisions. Before an order is released, we help align the approved sample, technical specification, price, quantity, payment milestones, production schedule, inspection requirements and packing instructions.
5. Monitor Production and Quality
We follow up on raw-material readiness, production start, key manufacturing milestones and open issues. Depending on the product and project scope, quality activities may include pre-production checks, in-line inspection, corrective-action follow-up and pre-shipment inspection against agreed acceptance criteria.
6. Coordinate Shipment Readiness
We coordinate packing completion, inspection closure and the required shipment information with suppliers and relevant service providers. Freight booking, export documents, customs clearance and final delivery responsibilities are agreed at the start of each engagement.
